As the whole car wash machine is large, we need to pack the small components in wooden case and for those large parts and frames, we need to put them in a container and send all them to you by sea. Please be assured that we have been using this shipping way for many years, and there will be no problem about shipping.
Before we send the car wash machine to you, we will prepare more wearable components along with this machine and send them to you, if there is something wrong or you need to replace some small components, our technician can also teach you how to replace the small components by video until the problems will be solved. And also we will also teach you how to maintain this car wash machine during your use so that this can last the lifespan of our car wash machine.
Our car wash machine is equipped with high pressure nozzles, which can clean the mud on the chassis and the surface of your car without any touch, as our “L” shape arm will spray the waters under high pressure and surround your car. Normally, for the installation, we have two options for our customers:
(1). We can install the car wash machine for our customers at customers’ location, but customers need to pay for the round-trip tickets, accommodation, and daily salary of our technician, I hope you understand, normally the whole installation can be finished within 4-5 days after customers prepared installation space, water facility and electricity facility, etc.
(2)Customers can also come to our factory or send their staff to our factory for training and study, we will teach him how to install the car wash machine, how to deal with some unexpected faults, how to maintain the car wash machine in your daily use, etc.
Our best suggestion is that customers could choose the second option, as customers could save more money and could also have opportunity to visit our factory and know more about our car wash machines.
Normally, our car wash machine has the warranty of 1 year, and we will also prepare many wearable components to you before we send our machine to you, if there is something wrong with our car wash machine when you use it, our technician will instruct you how to replace and deal with some small faults by video.
For now, many of our old customers have been using our car wash machine for 6-8 years without any big faults.
